How to use the Studies page, Projects and Folders

Create studies, organize them into folders, and manage projects

The Studies overview page

Your Studies overview page is where you can easily access and manage all of your studies and projects. You can access your Studies via the left-side panel.

From the Studies overview page, you can:

  • Create a new study or project

  • View your existing projects

  • Quickly access your most recent studies


If your team is on an Enterprise plan, you’ll also see:

  • Who has access to each project at a glance

  • Which projects are private (indicated by a lock icon)

Organizing Projects

Every organization structures their projects differently. Common ways to group projects include:

  • By project type

  • By customer or client

  • By teams or staff members

Click the three dots (⋮) to the right of a project name to view details.

As an admin, you'll be able to access these additional options via the three dots (⋮):

  • Rename the project

  • Make project private (available for Enterprise plans)

  • Delete

If the project is private, you can also manage user access via the three dots (⋮). Click on Manage access to add or remove users from a project.

Folders

Folders give you an extra layer of organization within projects.

  • Add a new folder by clicking New folder on a project page.

Click the three dots (⋮) to the right of a folder name to:

  • Rename the folder

  • Move the folder between projects

  • Delete the folder

An individual Study page

Click the three dots (⋮) to the right of a study name to:

  • Rename the study

  • Duplicate the study

  • Move the study to a project or folder

  • Delete the study
