When you sign up, you are automatically assigned a random string as your account name.
To create a new account name, or change an existing one, go to the Account Settings tab in 'My Account' and click enter a new name into the Account URL text box.
Changing your account name will change the URL, so make sure you do this in between studies. Your account name within your study URL will look like this:
