How to manage and purchase recruitment credits for Enterprise multi-team organizations

How to manage and purchase recruitment credits for multi-team organizations.

Enterprise customers with multiple Workspaces as part of their plan (multi-team) can manage recruitment credits in two ways:

  1. through a shared enterprise-wide balance

  2. through individual Workspace balances

1. Enterprise-wide recruitment credits (default)

By default, recruitment credits are shared across all Workspaces. Each Workspace can access the same Enterprise-wide balance.

How it works

  • Purchase credits: Enterprise Admins can purchase recruitment credits from any Workspace, including the Admin Workspace. You can purchase credits from the Recruitment tab in the left panel on the Home page > Buy credits.

  • You can also purchase credits via Manage Organization > Plans > Purchase credits.

  • Share credits: Purchased credits are available to all Workspaces within the Enterprise.

  • View the balance: Each Workspace displays the total available Enterprise-wide recruitment credit balance.

2. Individual Workspace recruitment credits

If your organization needs to allocate recruitment credits to specific Workspaces, you can request recruitment credits for those specific Workspaces.

How it works

  • Contact support: Get in touch with our Support team to enable Workspace-specific recruitment credits, allowing you to purchase credits for individual Workspaces.

  • Purchase credits: Enterprise Admins purchase recruitment credits within each Workspace. Purchase these via the Recruitment tab in the left panel on the Home page or Manage Organization > Plans.

  • Manage separate balances: Each Workspace has its own recruitment credit balance, separate from the Enterprise-wide balance.

  • Retain shared access: Other Workspaces without dedicated recruitment credit balances continue to use the shared Enterprise-wide recruitment credit balance.

Who can purchase recruitment credits?

Only Enterprise Admins can purchase recruitment credits directly in the platform. Enterprise Admins must be members of the Admin Workspace.

How are recruitment costs determined?

Recruitment costs depend on the complexity of the study and the specificity and feasibility of the recruitment requirements. Studies targeting niche audiences or requiring more complex recruitment may have higher participant incentive costs and require more recruitment credits. Recruitment credits cover both participant incentives and the platform's recruitment costs.
