We will replace any participants who provide low-quality responses, free of charge.

How to request Standard recruitment replacements
Our system has an automated flagging feature in place to detect these participants for you. We will replace some of these automatically, and allow you to make the final decision for the remaining participants.
Flagged participant responses
Your study will automatically flag participants who we detect as exhibiting dubious behaviour. These participants will automatically be 'excluded' from your study — you can find them in the Participants tab of your results.
We recognise that studies can be written in different ways so this flag is created to identify potential poor-quality participants, but we leave it up to you to make the final decision whether to remove them or not.
Automatically replaced participants
We have automatic checks in place to identify poor-quality participant responses before they are shown to you. These participants are replaced immediately at no cost and their response won’t even make it into your participant results. These checks are being monitored and updated regularly, to continuously improve the quality of participant responses.
Easily replace participants
You can quickly order replacement participants from the Participants tab of your results:
Select the participant and click ‘Replace participant’.
Your study will then be shared again and the participant will be replaced within 4 hours. We offer unlimited participant replacements in-app within 30 days of their response.
How to request Advanced recruitment replacements
Advanced recruitment replacements are requested via our Customer Success team:
Exclude the low-quality participant from your results via the Participants tab.
We will check on your order once it is complete, and replace any excluded participants for you.
Reach back out to us if you require any follow up replacements.
