How to set up AI preferences for Qualitative Insights
As an admin, you can choose to:
Make AI functionality available to my organization
Turn off AI functionality by default
Opt your organization out entirely from accessing AI functionality for Qualitative Insights
Admins have control over your team's AI access, unless you've completely opted out. To turn AI capabilities for Insights on or off for your organization, go to Workspace Settings > Features > Edit to change your preferences.
AI Insights enabled: If AI is turned on for your organization, all users will be able to use the AI functionality.
AI Insights disabled: If AI is turned off by default by your organization, the Generate button will be disabled for your users and cannot be used to generate Insights using AI. When disabled, team members will be able to see the Generate button but not able to use it. Any previously generated AI Insights will remain visible.

Opt out: If you are an admin interested in opting your organization out entirely from accessing AI functionality for Qualitative Insights, then please reach out to support or your Customer Success Manager. Once opted out, the option to enable or disable AI Insights from the Features tab under Workspace Settings will no longer be available.
Settings options for Enterprise plans
If your organization is set up with multiple Workspaces, you can request that AI be turned on for specific Workspaces. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to confirm your preferences.
