We can send you a manual invoice which can be paid using a credit card, PayPal account or by money order. You'll be charged a US$20 administration fee, which you can avoid by paying online.

After you've filled out the form, here's what will happen next.

  1. We'll email you an invoice (which we'll do manually, so it might take a few days).

  2. You'll pay by following the instructions on the invoice.

  3. We will add account credit to your existing account, or create a new account with the email address you provide.
