We aim to support a range of web browsers for both your account administration pages and the study pages participants see. Due to inconsistencies in the way browsers display web content Pages might look slightly different depending on the browser you are using.
If you notice a problem viewing or using pages on any browser, send us an email and tell us:
which browser you're using, and when it was last updated
which operating system you're using
It is sometimes necessary for us to discontinue support for older browser versions. Particularly when they have been abandoned by the organisations that make them and are no longer receiving updates to keep them secure.
