As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company supplying services on a subscription basis, Optimal Workshop does not know or control what data you collect and request from your participants as part of your studies. Optimal Workshop does not contact participants directly and all contact and consents are managed by you.

Optimal Workshop does, however, collect participant IP addresses to perform geolocation on a regional level. IP addresses are used for geolocation after which it is removed from our systems within 24 hours. For more information, please see our Privacy Notice.

As part of our commitment to data protection regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, Optimal Workshop also provides the ability for participants to exercise their data subject rights by contacting us at support@optimalworkshop.com.
