Is there a free plan?

Currently, there is no free plan available for Optimal users. Instead, you can take advantage of a 7-day free trial to explore and familiarize yourself with the platform.

During this trial, you'll have access to all the tools, including prototype tests, surveys, first-click tests, card sorts, tree tests, and qualitative insights. You can also invite up to 9 team members to help assess the platform’s capabilities.

Please keep in mind that the trial is meant for exploring the platform and getting a feel for its features. You’ll be able to view results from 2 participants during the trial.

Once the trial ends, you'll lose access to your account and any study results unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Customers who do not renew their subscription will not be able to access their studies and data. To regain access, users will need to upgrade to a paid subscription. Data will be stored for 90 days, and after this time it will be archived.
