You have the option to download all your data in one spreadsheet (.xlsx). You’ll find this on the Downloads tab under Analysis.

Sheet 1: Observations

All your observations and associated metadata, e.g. sessions, note taker, tasks, segment, and time stamps.

Sheet 2: Observation groups

List of observation groups created from the affinity map (and the observation metadata as listed above).

List of all segment attributes and number of participants/sessions associated with each attribute.

Sheet 4: Tags and Tag groups

List of all tags and their associated tag groups.

You can also download the affinity map. Simply right click on the map and select "Download affinity map".
