An overview of the Results section in AI Interviewer

As AI Interviewer sessions are completed, Optimal automatically analyzes the interviews and surfaces key insights, available under Results. The insights will be centered on the Research context and Research goals provided during setup.

Each study includes an AI-generated summary as well as insights grouped into the following categories:

If needed, you can exclude a session on the individual session page by clicking on the three dots (⋮) associated with a session on the main Sessions page.

The AI Interviewer allows you to explore insights by overall research goals as well as by section. You’ll find insights for each question grouped within its corresponding section, indicated by the folder icons.

Once an individual insight is selected, you'll see the associated highlight reel and can:

As new interviews sessions are added, you'll have the option to regenerate new insights. A user will need to click on Regenerate results above the insight summary to incorporate insights from the new session(s).
