Access to studies and results at the end of a subscription

Once your Optimal subscription ends, you won't be able to view or access any of the studies you ran during your time with us. You can delete a study or end a live study at any time by logging into the app. To regain access you will need to upgrade to a paid subscription.

What if I have an open study when my subscription ends?

If a study is still open when your subscription ends, the study link will continue to work and collect participant responses. You can log in at any time to end the study.

How can I retain study data while not conducting active research?

The Results & Analytics plan is available to purchase for $199 per annum. This plan is perfect for customers who would like to securely store and access their valuable study data. You will have the ability to access all results and visualisations from previous studies so you can dive into your insights whenever you need to. While you can not create or launch new studies on this plan, you can use the segmentation and analysis visualisations to draw insights and benchmark your data easily. When it's time to conduct active research again, you can upgrade to the Individual or Individual+ plan on a monthly or annual basis for the duration of your research.

Is the Free plan available?

As of 24 April 2024, the free plan is no longer available. This plan has been replaced with a 7-day free trial to test and evaluate the products with your team before subscribing to a paid plan. At the end of the 7-day trial, access to the account and any studies created is locked until you upgrade to a paid subscription.​
