What is the Results and Analytics plan?
The Results & Analytics plan is a 12-month subscription that gives you secure access to your valuable study data whenever you need it. All participant data is securely stored while on the Results and Analytics plan, so you can dive into your insights whenever inspiration strikes or decisions need to be made. The Results and Analytics plan can be purchased in conjunction with an individual plan. When it's time to conduct active research again, you can subscribe to an individual plan for as long as you need to complete your research. When your individual plan ends, you will automatically be downgraded back to the Results and Analytics plan until your subscription ends.

How much does it cost?
The Results and Analytics plan is $199 for an annual subscription for one license.

How do I purchase the Results and Analytics plan?
The Results and Analytics plan is only available to purchase in the app for customers on an Optimal Free plan or customers who have not renewed their subscription or turned off auto-renew. If any of these situations applies, the Results and Analytics plan will be visible on the plans page in Optimal for purchase.
What happens to my data if I don’t buy this plan?
If you do not have a paid Optimal subscription for more than 90 days, any study data remaining will be archived.
Why are there locked participants on the Results and Analytics plan?
If your subscription ends while a study is still live, participants can continue to complete the study. However, any participants who complete a study while you're on the Results and Analytics plan will remain locked and won't be visible to you. These participants will be unlocked once you upgrade your account.
