Sharing insights
All summaries and key insights (themes, pain points, positive sentiments, opportunities, behaviors, and wants) can be copied or shared via a direct link.
Click Copy to copy the text, or click the Share icon to copy a link. Recipients can view the summary or specific insight after signing in to their Optimal account.
Downloading highlight reels and clips
You can download highlight reels and clips from the Insights or AI Chat sections.
Click Download video below the highlight reel or choose Download clip from the ... menu in a citation box.

Under Sources, you also have the option to quickly create a "quick clip" by highlighting key quotes or moments in your transcripts and instantly downloading them to share with your team.
