Sharing insights
All summaries and key insights (themes, pain points, positive sentiments, opportunities, behaviors, and wants) can be copied or shared via a direct link.
Click Copy to copy the text, or click the Share icon to copy a link. Recipients can view the summary or specific insight after signing in to their Optimal account.
Downloading highlight reels and clips
You can download highlight reels and clips from the Results > Insights or Results > Chats sections.
Click Download video below the highlight reel or choose Download clip from the ... menu in a citation box.

Under Results > Recordings, you also have the option to quickly create a "quick clip" by highlighting key quotes or moments in your transcripts and instantly downloading them to share with your team.
