Our recording service is built entirely on Amazon infrastructure (AWS). This means the storage and processing of videos are fully managed by Optimal. We adhere to best-in-class security practices, as demonstrated by our SOC 2 compliance.
If you wish to delete a video recording, you can either delete a study or a participant from Optimal. If you delete a study, all associated participant video recordings will be deleted.
