Viewing recordings
With video recording, you can take note of valuable nonverbal cues like eye rolls and frustration, and screens and voices to better understand user experiences.
Video recordings can be accessed and viewed via Recordings under the Results > Analysis > Recordings tab under live site testing.
On the Recordings tab, you can:
View each participant’s video recording by task
See the participant name
See the time taken
View the recording
Download the recording
You can use the dropdown at the top left to switch between different tasks. When you select a specific task, the player will automatically navigate to and start playing from the beginning of that task.
If video recording was enabled along with screen recording, then the recording will show a full screen with a smaller participant face recording overlaid. You can watch at 1x, 1.5x, 2x, or 3x speed and make the video full screen.
Downloading recordings
You can download your recordings by clicking on the download icon available under the Results > Analysis > Recordings tab or the download button available after clicking on View Recording.
