Prepare your Figma design file for importing

  1. Open your Figma project and select the page containing your prototype for testing.

  2. Click ‘Play’ on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

3. Click the ‘Share prototype’ button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

4. Change the settings to ‘Anyone with the link’ and ‘can view’ to make it public.

5. Click on ‘copy link’.

6. Then open your Optimal Workshop account.

How to import your images in first-click testing

To add images, click the 'Choose image' button to the right of the task text box.

Select ‘Import from Figma’.

Add the ‘Figma prototype link’ in the field. You can import up to 30 frames from Figma at once.

Click on ‘Images’ and scroll to the image you want to test, then click 'Select image' and write the task. Then, when you get to the next task and click 'Upload an image,' you can click the 'Images' tab and select the one you want to work on next.
